Kelli Nordstrom is the founder of Northline Advisory, LLC, and brings more than 10 years of experience turning operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Throughout her career in client success and operations leadership, she has built high-performing teams, strengthened client retention, and created systems that reduce bottlenecks and improve accountability. Through Northline Advisory, LLC, Kelli helps founder-led businesses move beyond daily firefighting and build companies that can grow without everything depending on the owner.
