Frequently Asked Questions

You probably know the symptoms. Onboarding takes too long, the same client questions keep reaching you, nobody is sure who owns renewals. What is harder to see from inside is which of those is causing the others, and which one to fix first. The health check separates the root problems from the noise and puts them in order, so your team spends the next quarter on the two things that matter instead of eleven things that feel urgent.

Roughly four to six hours per person, spread across two weeks. That is a working session with you, a 45 minute conversation with three to five people on your team, and access to whatever documentation already exists. Nobody builds a deck for us and nobody stops serving clients. If the assessment becomes a project of its own, it has already failed.
-
Then you keep the plan and run it yourself. The 90-day plan is written so your team can execute it without us, with owners, sequencing and enough detail to act on. Some businesses hand it to an operations manager and go. Others bring us back for the pieces they do not have capacity to build. Both are fine outcomes, and there is no retainer attached to the health check.

The Operational Health Assessment is a fixed-price investment of $2,500. This includes a comprehensive review of your operations, client experience, workflows, and team accountability, followed by a prioritized 90-day action plan and executive review session. There is no requirement to continue with additional services.

Yes. After the assessment, Northline can help implement your 90-day plan or provide ongoing fractional operations leadership. Support is tailored to your priorities, timeline, and level of internal capacity, without requiring a full-time executive hire.
